There were 24 pairs of plants (A & B). Group A was given the microwaved water, however, because this was a double-blind study, we did not know which water jug contained the microwaved water while the experiment was being conducted.

Two plants died after our weekend drought, 2 were group A plants and 1 was a group B plant. The class and I felt the plants died due to the stress of being deprived of water over the weekend.
